Water-based consolidant for surfaces subject to chalking.
BEM 126 takes place by forming a slight physical barrier, which significantly limits dusting and chalking and, in extreme cases, blocks the flaking of stone supports caused by the absorption of moisture and rain. So the treated surface will be resistant to trampling dirt and dirt absorption.
